Movie reviewers

Some people just have it - that need to watch films. You've got it, too. That's why you're here, isn't it?

Between you and us, Spout was made for people who have it. To us, movies are more than just two hours of input for ten bones. They're more than the old first-date standby. You know how it is. You watch the movie trailers. You mark release dates on your calendar. You scour used video stores, bid at online auctions, and comb garage sales, looking for discarded gems. Perhaps you make your own films. Maybe you even went to school for it.

The point is, this movie stuff is pretty substantial to you. That being the case, you probably get as irritated as we do when professional movie reviewers continue to blow it time and time again. Seriously, you'd think after doing so many reviews, these so-called movie experts might get it right eventually...like you would. Well, here's your chance. When you join our community, you can make your voice heard!

You see, at Spout, we all fancy ourselves to be movie reviewers. In addition to leaving your film and video opinions, you can do a heck of a lot more with movies, like rate 'em, tag 'em, list 'em, discuss 'em, and blog about 'em - 24/7. How sweet is that?

After a long day of checkin' out some of our expert Spout movie reviewers, you can load up your cart at the Spout store and wait by your mailbox like a kid on Christmas Eve. Once you register and become a Spout member, you too can join the ranks of our top movie reviewers. That's right; you can blog about the best comedy movies, best drama movies, classic family movies - whatever. Then you can talk about how Teen Wolf Too fits nicely in all of those categories -or not.

Love That Video? Opinions May Differ

Sure, you've looked real hard and found some good movie reviewers. You know, the ones that don't sum up a whole movie with a simple "yes" or "no" answer. They take other factors into consideration, like how flashbacks were handled, why a characters makes the decisions she does, how much violence is okay before it becomes gratuitous, and why sometimes gratuitous violence is the only thing certain movies have going for them.

Hey, if you're going to voice your video opinions, you gotta build 'em on something concrete, right? And sometimes, "I never saw a Roddy Piper film I didn't like." is all you need.

Here's a time saver: Spout's "invite-a-friend" feature. After you register at Spout and get in the mix, you'll be telling your friends-who-care all about it. So you might as well invite your friends as soon as you join. They'll thank you for it. Besides, you can never have too many movie reviewers, all with their own opinions and suggestions. Of course, you are bound to make new online friends with other movie experts simply by joining or creating groups where you can gather with like-minded movie reviewers.

Hey, Spout also has dynamic features all movie reviewers shouldn't be without, like tagging and list-making.

Quick! When we say, The Wiz, what's the first word that comes to your mind? That's a tag! A one-word description for a movie. And trust us, it's way more entertaining discovering movies through tags than through conventional search.

Find lists of films tagged with words like: sadbastard, indie, and roadtrip. Those three alone put hundreds of movies right in front of you. Before you buy, be sure to check what other movie reviewers have said. Of course, we still offer conventional search options for the old-schooler in you.

How about list-making? Seriously, most movie reviewers have lists lying all over the place, like: The Best Gary Oldman Films, Best Comedy Movies, or Classic Family Movies. You can make lists all day at Spout. In fact, you could make so many lists, you might need to make a list of lists to keep it all straight. Hey, nobody said movie reviewers had it easy.

Movie Reviewers Like You

It should be painfully obvious that you need Spout. We like to think it's the stuff dreams are made of. But, hey, that's just us; we're a little biased. Seriously, though, this place was made for movie reviewers to help build a better online film and video community.

So pull up a chair, poke around the place a little, watch some old movie trailers, check out what other movie experts are saying, and just have a good time. After that, though, it's time to sign up with Spout.

There is a community in need of your video opinions.

" It's been a couple years after the rapture (okay, your caught up). This movie "Left Behind: World At War" was one of the best films I've ever seen. It has a fantastic story and deserves tobe seen again and again. It also has good, but not scary ACTION! Cars explode and flip down a highway, jets fire missiles, buildings crumble from missiles and bombs. And most of all, "World Wa ... [More]"
