Biography
American screenwriter David A. Lang inaugurated his Hollywood career with Northwest Rangers, a rare "B" western from MGM. In the mid-1940s, Lang specialized in such fast-moving comedies as
One Exciting Night (1945) and
People are Funny (1946). He was also skilled at crime melodramas like
Flaxy Martin (1949) and suspensers like
