Biography
After attending the University of Miami, Robert Greenhut returned to his native New York, where in 1967 he landed his first movie job as a production assistant. Greenhut worked on the Manhattan-based films of such directors as Alan J. Pakula,
Mike Nichols and
Woody Allen. He received his first associate producer credit on Nichols'
Lenny (1974), and has co-produced all of Allen's films from
Annie Hall onward. Occasionally journeying outside of the Big Apple, Robert Greenhut has produced such location-shot efforts as
Postcards from the Edge (1990) and
