Biography
The daughter of distinguished filmmaker John Ford, film editor Barbara Ford began her own career in the mid-1940s as an apprentice cutter. She then went on to work as an assistant editor on some of her father's films including Fort Apache,
The Quiet Man and Rio Grande. Later she edited television shows, beginning with Ben Casey, and also worked for MTM on several shows. In 1985, she edited Bogdanovich's
