Biography
Songwriter Sylvia Fine wrote many sharp-witted, highly-syncopated, lightning-paced songs for her husband Danny Kaye and for others as well. Some of her better-known songs include "Anatole of Paris" and "Melody in 4-F." Fine has twice been nominated for an Academy Award and in 1975 won an Emmy for her work in the special Danny Kaye: Look in at the Met. ~ Sandra Brennan, All Movie Guide
