Screenwriter Maurice Tombragel entered films with the 1940 production
Zanzibar. During the 1940s, Tombragel kept busy in the Hollywood B-mills, churning out scripts for
Boston Blackie Crime Doctor and other film series. After several years' inactivity, he was hired by
Walt Disney in 1962. For the next six years, Maurice Tombragel collaborated on the scripts of several Disney TV offerings, as well as the theatrical features
