Biography

American screenwriter Ed Earl Repp first appeared on the movie scene in 1937. For the next two years, Repp was a principal writer on Dick Foran's Western series for Warner Bros. He then wrote for such other cowboy favorites as Johnny Mack Brown and Russell Hayden. Ed Earl Repp's final screen credit was Warner Bros.' two-reel Western Roaring Guns (1944), which was largely built around stock footage from Warners' 1938 feature Gold Is Where You Find It. ~ Hal Erickson, All Movie Guide
