Biography
John Wexley penned the play which produced the film
The Last Mile (1932). He eventually became a full-time screenwriter until WWII. After the war, Wexley worked on documentaries until he was blacklisted and his career abruptly ended. ~ Sandra Brennan, All Movie Guide
