Danielle von Zerneck made her feature film debut in
My Science Project (1985). Fans of the soap opera
General Hospital will recognize her as Louisa Swenson. She is the daughter of producer Frank von Zerneck and actress Julie Mannix. Her grandfather,
Peter Von Zerneck, is also an actor. Her best-known film roles include that of Lou Diamond Phillip's love interest Donna in
La Bamba (1987) and of Wanda in
