Biography
Actor Brad Henke premiered onscreen in the mid- to late '90s, and spent his first ten years in front of the camera portraying beefy, burly, outspoken types, often -- though not always -- of slightly blue-collar origin. Early assignments included bit parts in the big-screen features
The Fan (1996) and Mr. Wrong (1996), plus guest spots on such series dramas as
ER and
Sports Night. After a lead in the short-lived 2001 prime-time series
Going to California, Henke returned to small feature roles in such projects as
Me and You and Everyone We Know (2004),
The Assassination of Richard Nixon (2004),
Must Love Dogs (2005), and
The Zodiac (2005). In the mid-2000s, he could also be seen on the small screen again, in guest roles on such series as the darkly comic crime thriller series
Dexter and in a regular role as Owen Rowan on the prime-time drama
October Road. ~ Nathan Southern, All Movie Guide
