"Here's the scoop, fellow Spoutists, I'm here because, like you, I greatly enjoy movies! I want to be exposed to new movies, old movies I never knew about, and other people's opinions of movies. That's where you come in.Not only do I want to know about your favorite, least favorite, guilty pleasure...etc. movies, but I also want to get to know you (hence, the act of joining the "introduce yourself" group). I've already met one person and tossed many messages back and forth and now I want to meet you! My goal is to meet people- ACTUALLY MEET PEOPLE- and make friends. I want to talk about the movies that entertain us and also the other everyday things- or the not so average things- that we enjoy. "One of the best things about movies is the music that goes with them. I do agree that the music shouldn't make the movie, it should... enhance it. In no particular order:* Friday Night Lights- Explosions in the Sky is amazing! The rest of my family is watching the movie right now, but I'm content just to listen to it from the next room. I adore the music. * Lord of the Rings- Yes, all of them. haha I am especially partial to a few songs in The Two Towers, but I love all the music.* Miracle- Don't ask me about any of the music besides the scores done by Mark Isham. I'm still saving a spot in my cd binder for this soundtrack. The music thrills me, absolutely thrills me!* Titan AE- It's my cruisin' music, when I'm on the highway with the windows down. * Garden State- It perfectly complements the movie.
