"I haven't seen mention of one of my favorite anime movies - Fist of the North Star. Neither have I seen my other fave Ninja Scroll. Ninja Resurection was not nearly as good as Ninja Scroll.I've always been a Yugioh fan and actually play the card game. Yes, I know it was designed for 8 year olds, but they can't appreciate the skill quite the same ways as a late 40's adult. The series is a closet addiction of mine.Bastard was a fun series (I thought so) although hard to keep up with once in a while. Just kind of "out there" for someone my age.Has anyone seen Ah! My Goddess? I love it! A friend had a small collection and I was amused by the entire concept.Of course, Ghost in the Shell is in my collection as well as some Ranma 1/2. As far as "Subs VS. Dubs" - I vote DUBS unless you understand some Japanese or just feel like reading a good movie.So there's my say. " [More]

"This movie has a plot within a plot within a plot. It has to be watched several times to get the full effect.Fight scenes were very good and it's a welcome change to have bold women in martial arts movies.The use of color is very reminiscent of Kurosawa. " [More]
