"Children of Men is an amazing film. I waited quite a while for it to be released and it was worth the wait. The directing of Alfonso Cuarón was astounding. The only other film i have seen of Cuarón's is Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban, but after seeing Children of Men i plan on viewing many more. While i was watching the movie i was blown away but how it was done. Very elaborate shots following Clive Owen around the chaotic cities. Some shots seemed to be so complex that it had to be done in only one take, and if that was the case then it was definetly pulled off well. The story itself was also a great part of the film. From beginning to end it kept my interest the whole way through and did not disappoint. The acting was great all around. The sets, location and background action were all fonominal. There isn't one bad thing i could think of to say about this movie. It's definetly in the best of 2006 for me. I'll recommend it to everyone. " [More]
