Bring together Paul Michael Glaser, Ringo Starr, and Robert Urich in one film and you know you'll have a grand old time. It's a typical romance novel story that carries itself over a mini-series. Definitely a keeper.

There's a reason why this movie has become a cult classic. Romantic fun directed by the fine talents of Paul Michael Glaser.

This was a good adaptation of the play, though you can tell it was originally meant for theatre based on the sparseness of the set. It's a film I watch again and again.

A good adaptation of the real-life event, this is a film that works to explore just what happened that fateful day.

This movie explores gender roles in the changing society. Paul Michael Glaser plays a househusband before the role was accepted or cool. A friendly film that's fun to watch!

The age of love, sometimes the best person for you is staring you right in the face. A plot that doesn't go in the typical directions, it was very satisfying in the end. And a real treat to see Paul Michael Glaser on film. He did a fine job as the ex-husband.  

Adapted from the book, this is a wonderful mini-series that lends itself to both intrigue and dramatics. There are some interesting scenes, a few even pushing the boundaries of what can be shown on television, but they all combine to highlight wonderful performances by the entire cast. Check it out!

A supposedly feel-good movie, I was left most unsatisfied with the ending. Overall, though, a good time which allowed the audience to see some familiar faces.

David Soul did an amazing job as a former cop whose life turned out very, very wrong. Fans will begin to notice character traits from another DS role and the possibilities of what-if are brought to light. A great movie, worth a viewing.

Season Four is my particular favorite because of the continuity that can be seen in this season above all others. David Soul and Paul Michael Glaser had a bit more creative control over the season and it definitely shows as an overall arc emerges showing the pair go through the burnout that a lot of cops experience. The games they play with each other, to keep themselves sane, become a bit more biting as they start wondering what good they’re doing on the streets. Everything comes together in the Targets arc (Snitch, Targets 1, Targets 2, and Sweet Revenge) as the boys walk away from the job and then get drawn back in with deadly results. One of the most telling scenes in the Targets arc is at the end of Snitch when Starsky joins Hutch on the beach. Being a cop is everything Starsky’s ever wanted, but Hutch’s partnership is more important to him than any job. If they’re going to leave the force, they’re going to leave together. This is truly a show of happily ever after and you can see that coming out. Through all the ups and downs they experience, they will do it together and that’s what it’s always been about. The key to the show: Me and Thee.

The running joke is  that David Soul was the downfall of his society because he wanted to try more of that kissing thing. Really, this just about sums up the episode as a whole. Delightfully orange and looking for love.

It's sad when you fast-forward through not only the scenes that don't have your favorite actor in them, but the entire film all-together. Meandering and pointless.

A good plot for a war movie, this allowed David Soul to shine.

The struggles of this family is brought to life by some amazing acting by well-known faces. I was enthralled the entire time. Don't let the viewing time scare you away, you'll want to watch this straight through without stopping. A great mini-series.

Artistically amazing, the plot is depressing and unsatisfying at points.

While I did enjoy the story, I felt that David Soul was miscast in this character. I couldn't believe the big secret once it was revealed because of who was playing the character.

At this point in time, seeing David Soul in a television episode usually meant he was either the killer or the victim or both. This continues on with that theory as a man who appears to be one way, but may be quite the opposite.
