"Film Journalism For the Indie At Heart"
Personal statement:
For student and independent filmmakers, a short end is not just a leftover but a chance, 150 feet of frame say to prove that a story, however eccentric, quirky or nonlinear, is worth taking the time to shoot. Updated weekly, the ShortEnd Magazine, working with its sister site Pictures & Frames Magazine and launched April 2007, follows the stories of these student and indie filmmakers through features, profiles and editorial contributions.

The existence of social networking forums like Spout really excites us and serves as a reminder that good ole' word of mouth and interaction is great form of advertising. It's honest and personal. So kudos to you all for being here. We hope that you check us out and contact us about your own work.
