Jolly Bengali, aka The Giddy Gupta, aka Shashanka, was born and raised in Southeast Asia. A proud Bengali, Ayon found himself , to his great surprise, wondering around central Texas at the turn of the century. As soon as Ayon learned to love BBQ sauce and Dixie Chicks, he found himself moving to Baltimore, MD.
