"This summer had a lot of new movies in theaters - some I've been eargerly awaiting, and others I only saw when there was nothing else to pick from. I've also included some movies I've seen on DVD or TV over the summer. Anyway, in no particular order, here's is my long list of brief movie reviews. Balls of Fury - 3/5 - I saw this today. It was kind of funny, but I don't really want to see it again. I though there were too many blind jokes. I'm not really sure why I didn't like it, I guess the plot was just a little too odd.Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix - 5/5 - One of the best movies I've seen this summer. I went to midnight first showing of this one. I loved the Daily Prophet fly through scenes and the Voldemort vs. Dumbledore scene. I went to see Harry Potter later in mid-August at the IMAX with the finale in 3-D. It was awesome! The Hall of Prophecy collapsing scene was awesome and the Voldemort vs. Dumbledore was even better. "Let's see... I'd have to say my favorite Pokemon is Dugtrio. The Diglett/Dugtrio episode of Pokemon is one my faovrites, and in my first Pokemon game, Yellow, and a more recent game, LeafGreen, a Dugtrio had been a valuable part of my team.Some of my other favorites are Diglett, Gengar, Gligar, Typhlosion, Snorlax, Skarmory, and Crobat. Oddly, I don't like Zubat, Golbat, or Gliscor. I'll probably edit this post several times as I think of other Pokemon. " [More]

"Today at school the 7th grade watched the movie "An Inconvenient Truth". Although a lot of my classmates were bored to death, I found it very interesting and funny at some parts. I just wish I didn't have to write a paper on it. Bleh. Something that didn't make sense to me though was how they said CO2 was causing global warming and followed the heat trend. Isn't CO2 a product of heat? It's not really a surprise the graphs of heat and CO2 match up. I was happy they stuck in a clip of Futurama from the episode about global warming. (where Al Gore guest starred) Anyway, overall I liked the film, so that's all for now. " [More]

"I just found the movie to be completely boring and random. Usually I'm a fan of randomness and silliness, (I love movies like "Monty Python and the Holy Grail" and "The Stupids") but this movie had a terrible/non-exisistant plot and was not very funny.
