Personal statement:

The Austin Brothers (Christopher, Daniel and Matthew Austin) formed their first production company back in the fall of 2001, and since then have been making numerous award winning short films together, to critical acclaim.

Most notable of these was the 2006 animated comedy Guy's Guide To Zombies. The brothers' first fully animated short film, and also their first comedy. The film would go on to appear in over 60 film festivals world wide, from the LA Shorts Fest and ComicCon, to Raindance (where it appeared in the Best Of Raindance line-up) and was recipient of the 2007 BBC New Talent Award.

Other films have appeared at the Edinburgh International Film Festival, the Bristol Brief Encounters International Short Film Festival, the Leeds International Film Festival, and over 100 others world wide.

The Brothers are currently in the closing stages of Post-production on their debut live-action feature film, Cricket, which is due to hit the festival circuit later this year. A British / Crime drama, inspired by such great classics as Get Carter, The French Connection and Serpico.
