Looking for a horror movie

"Hi guys, i'm looking for a horro movie from late 80's - 90's i guess. I've seen it on TV like 10 years ago, but i didn't got it from the begining. The movie starts with a daughter (i think) comming home to a little town where is greeted by her mother, the go by car to the town but they can see anyone. After they go looking through houses they see that almost everybody is dead or dissaperead or something. But they find some people and go hide at the police hq or something like that. I can't remember any more details about that part, but afterwards it's revealed that an entity live under the city, or something like that, and they wait for a SWAT team, and near the end all the people appear in the center of the town. Sorry for the spelling mistake and for the writing style. So anybody have a clue? i really really apreciate it:) " [More]
