"Watching Forrest Gump was like reading a totally engrossing novel. I guess that goes to the talents of Robert Zemeckis in the way he translated this story, from the novel by WInston Groom and the wonderful screenplay by Eric Roth, to the screen. And certainly to Tom Hank's memorable performance as Forrest Gump. Great performances all around. There are many scenes in this that were just simply delightful to watch. It was funny, sad and bittersweet. "

"I just saw this movie after hearing about for so many years. Wow, what a powerful movie. Some of the scenes are hard to sit through. The screenplay was excellently written by Thomas Keneally and Steven Zallian. And it was taken much further by the wondefrully talented, Steven Spielberg, who again demonstrates that he can do non-action movies equally as well. All of the actors are excellent in this movie. I recommend for anyone to see this. "

"This romantic story knocked for a loop. With lots of laughs and great characterizations, CHANNELS works on several levels. The comedy and romance kept me entertained, while thoughts about time and what our "reality" is, slowly embodied the movie. This imaginative story was written and directed by Nat Christian, an artist with his own voice. Like a skilled artist, Christian deals with the latter subject intelligently, and never goes for shock elements. He also plays the lead role with nuance and real specificity, that makes him quite an interesting actor to observe. Kim Oja plays his romantic interest. She is a compelling actress who is quite talented. She demonstrates this by playing two roles in the movie. The rest of the actors - Ed Asner, John Kassir, Taylor Negron, Joan Van Ark, bring their marvelous talents to this darling film. The production support by Dolores Piazza (production design), Duane Condor (VFX) and Michael Hardwick is first rate. The film score by Rossan ... "

"Leaving Las Vegas left me feeling for the two main characters, which, on the surface, seemed tough to do. However, Mike Figgis did a marvelous job of telling this story of an alcoholic and a Las Vegas hooker who fall for each other, that it all worked. Nicholas Cage and Elisabeth Shue worked extremely well together. I was also impressed by how, the normally wholesome, Shue was able to pull of being a hooker Good movie. "

"CHANNELS is a thought provoking movie which, at the same time, allows you to really enjoy a romantic relationship. Writer/Director/Actor creates artistic imagery, allowing his actors to shine. As an actor, Nat Christian is delicious to watch. You believe every thought and move he makes. Kim Oja is beautiful and we immediately love her. John Kassir creates an edgy but funny character as a hollywood manager. Taylor Negron plays a film director with honesty. Ed Asner is fabulous as a tough (and comical) studio boss. Joan Van Ark is honest and real (and looks great). As the director, Christian brings it all home and makes us think long after the movie is over. The musical score by Rossano Galante is very touching. "
