dead silence
like the ending of the movie and the puppet was a wee bit spooky but other than that, the acting, scenes, the lines, was a bit b-rated(cheesy). (for the ones that have seen it)What do you guys think of the movie and what rating would you give the dead silence?I would give it a 2 out of 5 stars

Re: dead silence
Okay, I do agree with you on the cheesiness, but I thought it had some good little spooky parts, I got goosebumps a few times, which is always good in my book. Dolls and Ventriloquist dummies always creep me out anyway, so that might have been a big part of it. I would at LEAST give it 3 stars almost bordering on 4 stars because of the little scary moments. It is really hard for me NOT to like scary movies. I think I am the only one that liked Fear.com too. I am so weird...

Re: dead silence
this film fell into my "I'll see any horror film at the $2 cinema" category. I thought it was very much akin to the underrated Silent Hill. It had some good atmospheric moments and it held my attention. That's about all I ask of a film on this level. Cheesy, fun, and spooky in parts. I'll never see it again, but I don't regret my meager investment.

Re:dead silence
I'd give it three out of five stars just for the amount of atmosphere is in this one. I enjoyed it, which face it, these days is pretty rare when it comes to good horror and thrillers in theaters!
