Thrillers and Mysteries from the 1970s
You know, in the 1970's there were a lot of little low budget thrillers but some that were really good. Some were very scary, some were mysteries, some were just spooky. I just watched a really good film called the Cat and the Canary, it was one of those whodunnit mysteries and people keep disappearing, etc. Kind of like Agatha Christie's and Then there were None. What are some other films from the 70s you have seen that fall into this category?

Re:Thrillers and Mysteries from the 1970s
Ah, I remember seeing THE CAT AND THE CANARY when it premiered on HBO back in 1979 or so after its theatrical release. A decent little thriller that was about the 4th or fifth remake since the silent version.
Other great thrillers from the 70's I enjoy...
SO SWEET SO DEAD
BLOOD AND BLACK LACE
WHAT HAVE THEY DONE TO SOLANGE?
IN THE EYE OF THE HURRICANE
THE BIRD WITH THE CRYSTAL PLUMAGE
SHADOW OF DEATH
PROFONDO ROSSO
Enjoy!
