Re: Who is this guy?
No, by no means does he represent the group or any member... Does 'ol' possum head' mean anything to you? He is a very young George Jones of the battling Jones & Wynette's ( He stopped loving her today/DIVORCE ). Some time I will post the story of seeing him in a restaurant in Albuquerque, well, seeing is not the right descriptive. I heard him first, then saw him.... he has some great covers...

Re: Who is this guy?
Puhnner:Crap, Rizzo! you are right! I am ashamed I am so transparent. Every single CD jewel box, despite the cover, is filled with a Mozart CD or the Shocker DVD. Oh, don't be ashamed. I'm sorry I had to expose you if this is the resulting emotion! I wonder how many recordings of Mozart music have been put into distribution. I wonder if as a composer he holds the record.

Re: Who is this guy?
Not even close, Rissalada... I enjoy the music of Mozart and I have a couple of ALBUMS (LP'S) of his music in my collection (!) However, and there is ALWAYS a 'however' in life, I enjoy the works of Beethoven, Vivaldi, Wagner, Bach and Tchaikovsky even more. I also have, in my collection, some of the works of Handel, Haydn, Schubert, Rachmaninoff and Dvorak among others... However (again), for me the ULTIMATE form of music is Rock-and-Roll and The Beatles are my favorite band of all time followed closely by The Who, The Stones, Led Zepplin, Lynard Skynard, Grand Funk Railroad, Reo Speedwagon, The Guess Who, BTO, etc, etc... *NOTE* - my music collection is almost as extensive as my MOVIE collection (over 3,000+ titles) and it is all on Vinyl (LP's) !!!

Re: Who is this guy?
Dr_Gor: Ooops! I almost forgot the point of that rant... I DO happen to know what the Number 1 selling Album of All Time is... are you ready? ... The Eagles Greatest Hits... no shit... look it up.... < GOR >
Yeah I knew that about the Eagles Greatest hits actually. I think it's battling with Michael Jackson's Thriller. That's not what I proposed though. I didn't ask what the best selling album was. I asked which composer has the most distribution. That takes into account all of the different recordings and realeases by all of the different performers who have recorded their work. I'm assuming the answer would be a classical composer. Although I wouldn't discount the possibility of a prolific and successful modern pop music composer.
