Plague movie from 60s or 70s
This is something I saw half of on IFC one day and can't remember much but here it goes. I believe this was made in the mid '70s and I think it's French but could be Itallian or anything. It's about a town that is overtaken by a plague and the main character was a doctor who I might recall as being British.( I remember thinking that it was Micheal Cain but it's not on his filmography) The infected people in this film have all been quarentined in an arena or collesium of some sort. I can't remember much of it but if anyone has any ideas, it would help me out a lot.
