Fear Itself
Has anyone watched these short films? It is On Demand on cable and on www.fearnet.com - they are one hour horror films by different directors (kind of like Masters of Horror). Anyway, they have a really good one called New Years Day - I watched it a few times and kept catching different things. It's basically about a zombie apocalypse seen through the eyes of a woman that partied way too hard on New Year's Eve. It was really cool along with a lot of the other episodes.
Has anyone else seen it?

Re:Fear Itself
I keep seeing this in my cable guide channel and on my ondemand menus, but could never find a decent synopsis to explain whether its worth watching or not. Given your recommendation, I'll be sure to check it out. Are there any other good episodes you've caught that you'd recommend?

Re:Fear Itself
I actually think most of them are "cute" in my own warped style of cute. They are a lot like Masters of Horror but seem to be a little more tame with the gore and nudity, at least in my opinion. Anyway, I liked New Years Day and In Sickness and in Health - Actually all of them were pretty fun and creepy. I think they are about an hour long, so nice little stories while you can't sleep or are a little bored...
I don't know if you are familiar with the story about the Wendigo - Boris Karloff played that role - but they have one story that is a lot like that called Skin and Bones - about a father lost in the wilderness for a couple of weeks and comes back a little changed...that one was creepy and sad too. I haven't seen one that I've hated yet, so that is good.
