I'd guess that when the blue meanies were run out of Pepperland by Capt Fred and the boys, they became Hollywood moguls ...

And, that would explain a lot.

It must be out of print. It looks like used and new copies are going for 46 dollars and up on Amazon. Thankfullly, I personally have this in the collection.
