Personally, I'm a fan of Wedding Crashers, I think.  They all have some pretty good cameos in random films too.  Anchorman (as much as I dislike Will Ferrell) comes to mind...

I'm going to have to go with Anchorman. First of all, you're wrong wrong wrong about Will Ferrell and, quite frankly, I don't think you should admit something like that in public.

The reason I'm picking Anchorman is that sometimes it's best to have these guys in small doses. Luke Wilson and Vaughn have small roles, but there's little funnier than watching Wilson lose his second arm over the bear pit.
