So...who in this group watched the Tony's last night on TV? Were you surprised by the outcomes?

I watched. I am dissapointed that Harry Connick, Jr. did not win for Best Lead Actor in a Musical for The Pajama Game.

He's a popular guy, that's for sure. But I was generally sad that The Pajama Game won over Threepenny Opera and Sweeny Todd. Both those shows looks like such imaginative restagings.

I'm about a week late, but I just have to say it. What the heck was Cyndi Lauper doing? Please return to the nearest dressing room, Cyndi, and finishing putting on your costume before you appear onstage and attempt to sing. Thanks for your cooperation.

Ditto that rahlajoye. I had to turn the channel during the Cyndi Lauper performance, it was painful to watch.

Why is it that all the washouts appear on Broadway in order to revitalize their careers? I did, however, like the makeup in that number.
