Spout Speed
Does anybody else find the site to be a bit slow? It feels like it takes the pages on Spout longer to load than almost every other site I visit. Is that just a problem on my end or what?

I find Spout to be very sluggish. It needs some of that new .NET Ajaxian goodness to reduce page load!

Hey ccwebguy,
Yeah I have noticed that too when trying to load certain pages, it hasn't been consistent though. Some pages are slow and then others seem to load pretty quickly. I think all the redesign work we have been doing might mess with the load time a bit. I will check with development to make sure there isn't some issues we are over looking.

Thanks for the feedback Snowgirl, we are working on our load time since its been pretty slow recently. I just wanted you to know it's a priority for us.

i just joined and i'm finding it frustratingly slow....if i search for a movie it takes anything between 20 and 30 seconds to load...it's driving me nuts.
is anything being done about this issue? thanks!

Actually, something is being done! You should hopefully notice some improvements very shortly. Search will be more optimized to give more relevant search results first, with faster search results. I apologize for the current performance, but from what I've seen its going to vastly improve very shortly :-}
