How do I remove myself from a group?

I joined a group, and now I'm getting commercial email, so I'd like to leave the group. I can't figure out how, though.

What group is sending you commercal emails?

Try going to the group in question, click the member tab, finding yourself in the list of members, and then there should be a button you can click to remove yourself from the group.
