Everyone: Bugs are fixed & a thank you!
As a few of you have noticed, we ran into a few snafu's in the past week or two with regards to search functionality and film content. Several of our most popular films were not accessible, which I know was extremely frustrating for our loyal users!
I want to address two things here.
First, the site should be 100% functional now, with an updated and more functional search. Also, I've been keeping a list of films that weren't working, and checked out most of them and they seem to be working (huzzah!). As always though, if you find anything we missed, please feel free to email us or post it in Spout Customer Care. We really do read your emails and messages!
Second, and most important, to all of our users--you guys are awesome, and we thank you for your patience! We didn't receive any angry emails or nagging letters which proves to us that in fact, we do have the best film community on the internet. Keep it up! :-}
