Introducing "me"

Hahaha I put a conceited title. Well I read that i should post somthing that tells a little about myself. Well Hi My name is Josephina. I do like movies a lot but it seems so little compared to a lot of everyone. I absolutely love romantic comedies. I don't know why but they just make my heart sink when ever i see hollywoods vison of love. I also like comedies alone like: Knocked Up,  Shrek (all of them), Lion King etc.

Don't sweat it--the whole point of this is to get to know you.  :-)  We're happy to have anyone who is passionate about films here, no matter what genre or how many you've seen--in fact, thats whats great about this site--you can find a lot of great recommendations here for movies you may like!  Welcome!

Hello.  My name is Jenny and I am 20 years old.  I go to college in Wisconsin.  I am considering a major in History, but I am still not quite sure what to do with my life and it scares me.  I have 4 sister, 3 older than me, and 1 that is my twin.  I have a huge extended family and I love it.

I have loved movies for as long as I remember, especially since I have been able to drive to the movie theater or to go rent them.  I love all kinds of movies and think I have pretty good taste, lol, but I guess everyone does.

I came across this website while trying to find movies that I should see, and had never heard of it before.

Welcome Jenny!  I'm afraid I can't help you figure out what to do with your life, though I will say that I didn't know what I wanted to do with mine until I was 25. 

That being said, I *can* definitely help you with any questions you have about Spout, or even make recommendations for groups to join, or heck, I'd even be happy to recommend some movies (though there are a lot of people here that are much better at that than myself). One of the best ways to get movie recommendations is actually to start rating films you've already seen.  Our system is designed to make suggestions based off the films you've liked.

Anyways, let me know if I can help you out at all.  Hope you enjoy your time here at Spout!

Hey all,

I'm Pavan, from Toronto, Canada. Graduated university last year and have bee working on the filmmaker thing for about a year or so since.

Signed up at spout a while ago but have only started really putting it to use recently.
