Actually- I've put some thought into it- And should save such stories for imagery, words can't do the experience justice. (I've devoted 13 years of imagery to my story) It was truly life and perception altering, I don't know what gets any realer than that. ...I just wanted to bring up to the readers, because of the previous discussion that there are alternate levels of conscioussness/reality and that dreams , and sorry, but (drug use can lend them selves to those alternate realities)PLEASE  Don't think that I am promoting or advocating drug use- I'M NOT- Drugs can screw with your sense of reality- YES.  But know that many scholars  through out the ages have studied the various levels of reality through meditation (which I DO advocate, dream work, I definitly promote... and the use of drugs which I encourage people not to go there- But Again does do something to open up areas of the mind that are not accessible with out years of dream or meditational study(Incidentally, drugs are not only is dangerous physically but also mentally and spiritually-because of the fact, you are totally unprepared to protect yourself, which was the case of my experience). Which is why meditation and dream practitioners take years to safely travel.  I apologize for mentioning "shrooms"  but wanted to be honest- as I know this is an honest discussion. I look forward to hearing more stories-

I don't discount the possibility of dreams/drugs being gateways into a spiritual encounter.  The native americans and many other cultures believe and practice such things and have for thousands of years.  A few of my friends were raised on native american reservations and have some INCREDIBLE encounters to tell--including some with kachina's (essentially trolls/demons in their culture), skinwalkers (shapeshifting demonic yeti), and demon possession.  Those cultures seem more spiritually in-tune and more open to the possibility of spirit activity which in turns seem to generate more of it.  Incredible stuff--thanks for sharing everyone!

Something interesting that happened today I thought might create some interesting discussion- So here’s the strange experience- I’m taking this graduate class on the Kalibah ( a framework of Judaism) The instructor gave us a research project and left it up to us as to what we were to research. I chose to research numerology of the Kalibah and see what the similarities of kalibalistic belief of significant numbers was with other world religions such as Christianity, Islam, Buddhism  etc.- So here’s the strange part. For what seemed like the majority of the night I had this voice going through my head, check 27, check 27- (it was like a nightmare. So needless to say-I got on the computer, the first site I clicked on was a chat group. One of the members had also dreamt about 27, over and over again, groups of 27 kept standing out through out the dream 27 chairs, 27 people etc.. There was another guy on the site that noticed the number 27 surfacing in one form or another in his surroundings.- I searched further and found one site states the year the anti Christ was supposedly to arrive was 1999. According to this site, Nostradamus predicted his presence to last 27 years- I also found that there are 27 books in the new testament the last ( #27)  Is the book of revelations- Coincidence?

Thats really bizarre to have a random number creep up randomly so frequnently.  Have you seen The Number 23?  Kinda reminds me of that.  Maybe its the Pollyachi Code?

No I haven't seen that movie! When I told my son about the dream he told me I should see that movie- Jim Carry's in it? I'll have to check it out this week end- ..... The chat room I initially came upon yesterday ( I posted a comment)- The girl who also dreamed about the #27 posted her comment to years ago. After not checking the site and spacing out the dream for two years-"Coincidentally " got on the site and found my comment yesterday after I posted- I think it adds to the weirdness of it just a bit.

You weren't listening to a lot of "Weird Al" Yankovic lately were you?  He mentions the number 27 in quite a few of his songs.
