Welcome to the NHK
So, I was bored this weekend and decided to watch a new series since I had nothing else to do. I figured I would watch an episode or two to kill an hour and then move on to something else. What I did not expect was to become completely hooked on a series! I started watching Welcome to the NHK, and I have to say, it is brilliant! It's hilarious, but it also has some more serious parts, making it a very well-rounded anime. I ended up marathoning it all night, I'm now up to episode 20. I would reccommend that everyone give this series a try, it's great!
P.s. I watched an episode of Popotan, and two episodes of He is My Master before I started watching Welcome to the NHK. I did not care for either.

Popotan gets kind of emotional after you get into it for a while. I liked it a lot, but I could understand how for a lot of people there just isn't enough to get into it. Or maybe I just haven't seen enough from this genre and there really is a lot better out there.

Thanks for the recommendation. Have you had a chance to check out Code Geass yet? Any thoughts?
