Favorite Anime Series (only one/all time favorite): Fullmetal Alchemist

1. Revolutionary Girl Utena

Favorite Anime Movie: Grave of the Fireflies. It's the only movie that's ever made me cry.

Favorite Genre of Anime: (i.e. Comedy, Shonen-ai, Sci-fi, etc.) I don't really have a favorite, I like anything that makes you think.

Least Favorite Anime Series: Naruto. I'm sure there are worse series, but I feel like it's very overrated for the quality of the show, and that bothers me. I also hate Bokusatsu Tenshi Dokuro-chan, it was just dumb, I couldn't even sit through a whole episode of it. 

Currently Watching: Wolf's Rain, Mushi-shi (following the dub release), and Black Lagoon

2. Card Captor Sakura

Do You Read Anime Magazines?: Yes
If Yes, Which? I used to get Shonen Jump like two years ago, but not anymore. Nowadays I'll pick up a Newtype or Anime Insider occasionally.

Do You Go to Conventions?: Yes
If Yes, Which? Any that are in the Michigan/Ohio/Indiana/Illinois area. Youmacon, Jafax, Anime Central, Ohayocon, Ikasucon, Animarathon, Anime Punch.

Do You Cosplay?: Yes
If Yes, Which Character? Alot of different characters. From Fullmetal Alchemist; Roy, Edward, Rose, Riza, Hughes, Arakawa. Hikaru and Ranka from Ouran Host Club, Wolfram from Kyo Kara Maoh, Officer Jenny from Pokémon, Miwako from Paradise Kiss,  Haruhi from Suzumiya Haruhi, Chihiro from Spirited Away, the Fish Fight outfit from the Yaen PV, and possibly others that I can't recall at the moment. I'm currently working on Kemo from Yugioh, and plan to do Kero from Card Captor Sakura for ACen next year.

Are You Involved in Fandom? Yes, I read fanfiction, and occasionally draw fan art and make icons.

Anything Extra:  Um.... I love anime! XD I wish I had more time to watch it. I have an insanely long list of things I want to watch, but don't have time too.

Favorite Genre:  As long as it's good...  Although I do enjoy romance, I normally can't stand all-romance animangas with angst and drama... If it is romance, I'd rather it be romantic comedy.. like Ouran.. X3  Action is fuuun

 Least Favorite Anime Series: I don't have a particular one.. I've watched a couple anime where I just stopped watching after ten minutes... I don't dwell on my hatred.  X3

First Anime Series:   Sailor Moon (I was a kid, it was on some early morning lineup)

Favorite Anime Series (only one/all time favorite):  Difficult question, but without thinking about it too hard I would say Dragon ball (not DragonballZ)

Five Other Favorites:
1.   Fullmetal Alchemist
2.   Rurouni Kenshin
3.   Cowboy Bebop
4.   Trigun
5.   FLCL

You may be able to tell from that list that my main source of anime is Cartoon Network. 

Favorite Anime Movie:   Anything from studio Ghibli, but if I must choose I'd have to say Princess Mononoke

Favorite Genre of Anime: (i.e. Comedy, Shonen-ai, Sci-fi, etc.)

I'm not sure really, I'll give most shows a chance regardless of genre, but I suppose it depends on my mood.

Least Favorite Anime Series:    I can't think of anything off the top of my head, but I tend to find something likeable in most anime I watch.

Currently Watching:    So many shows I haven't finished yet, but the main show I'm watching would be Naruto (Not on Cartoon Network, the dubbing is almost unbearable)

I'd like to recommend Fullmetal Alchemist. Not only is it my personal favorite, but it seems quite a few others have it listed as one of their favorites as well.

You should also watch any Miazaki movies you haven't yet. I see you're watching Spirited Away right now, that is my favorite of his movies. A couple other good ones are Princess Mononoke and Whisper of the Heart. Of course he has alot more movies than that, but those are my three favorite. You also might like Howl's Moving Castle.

As far as manga, I would suggest Death Note, Fullmetal Alchemist (the manga is different from the anime), Bastard, and Rurouni Kenshin. Some of my other favorites are Hana-Kimi and Card Captor Sakura, but those are really girly, I'm not sure if you'd like them.

Anything Extra: Kumby.com is a great place to watch anime online its what I use most of the time.  And remember wheather dubbed, subbed, parted, or whole its all about watching and enjoying the show

First Series: Most likely Tenchi Muyo

Favorite Series: Well my first was my favorite and i've been lookin for more like it,  Tenchi Muyo

Five others:

1. Elfin Lied
2. Maburaho(needs to be more but its pretty damn good anyway)
3. Fate/Stay Night
4. Zero no Tsukaima(hopin that theres gonna be more in pretty soon cause it ended on a cliff hanger in the 2nd season)
5. RahXephon(great but the end leaves u a little confused)

Favorite movie: Either Akira or the Bleach movie(i dont watch many movies)

Favorite genre: that would have to be harem its great if ur a guy

Least favorite series: well i guess something alone the lines of DNA2(2= squared)

Currently watchin: Shakugan no Shana, Devilman Lady, Princess Resurrection

Manga: not much of a manga reader myself

Magizines: i really didnt kno they existed( or at least in the US)

Conventions: dont really mess with 'em
