Gender Switch
One anime that I really love is Kashimashi. It's about a boy who accidently gets killed by some aliens when their space craft malfunctions and crashes on Earth. Luckily they are able to bring him back to life. The only problem? They bring him back as a girl! Of course tons of drama and hilarity then ensues. So, does anyone else know of some good gender-switching anime? Either male to female or female to male, I don't care. I just want to see more of this rare genre.

Wow sounds fascinating. What makes you so sure there are other animes of this type? Maybe this is the only one. Then again, knowing what I do about anime, I wouldn't be surprised if there were several more.

I don't know, that's why I said it was "rare" ^^;; I'm hoping there are more though. I know alot of anime fans are into genderswitching their favorite characters for fan art or fan fics, so I thought if so many people like it there must be more series about it.

Woah that's interesting. I didn't know. Although I am aware that most people including myself sometimes have problems even diffentiating the gender of characters in anime. Someone told me once the way you can tell is, if it looks like a girl, it's probably a guy. If it looks like a girl with gigantic eyes then it's probably a girl.

Oh yeah, I've heard of that before. I don't know why I didn't think of it. But isn't that series very long? I don't really like watching series that are more than two seasons because it seems like they become endless masses of filler after a while. = /

Its pretty long and i lost interest in it after a while....how about Otome wa Boku ni Koishiteru its a cross-dressing harem thats only 12 eps?

Ha, I just looked it up and it sounds very... interesting XD On the topic of crossdressing, I My Me Strawberry Eggs is amazing, if you haven't seen it before I suggest you give it a watch.

Well there's actually quite a few that have crossdressing in them. If you think about it. Ouran Highschool Host club is one with the main character Haruhi who pretends to be a guy at school. Princess Princess- guys at an all boys school dress as girls to motivate the other guys. Tenshi na konamaiki- is about a guy who gets turned into a girl by a wierd book. I think there's more but I can't really remeber the titles so ya...
