Which film is your favorite Almodovar film?

I know many really like Talk to Her but for me All about my Mother is my favorite Almodovar film. I am also very partial to his earlier work.

i didn't like Talk To Her at all, probably because of the bullfight scenes! All About My Mother is my favorite too, probably followed by Tie Me Up, Tie Me Down. i'm really looking forward to Volver, which is supposed to be at the Denver International Film Festival next month.

i didn't like Talk To Her at all, probably because of the bullfight scenes! All About My Mother is my favorite too, probably followed by Tie Me Up, Tie Me Down. i'm really looking forward to Volver, which is supposed to be at the Denver International Film Festival next month.

I saw Volver at Telluride last month. It is very good, but not quite up to the level of All about my Mother. Seems like a sequel to High Heels if you've had the chance to see that one.

I think you'll enjoy it, I was very excited to see the new Almodovar film so I think my hopes were a bit too high going in..

I must sound like everyone else, but my favorite would be All About My Mother. The other film that I just loved was Dark Habits. Having been surrounded by nuns during my school years and always wondering what went on behind closed doors with them, I found the film so very funny. Add to that my great love for Carmen Maura and her acting ability, and it was a winner all the way around.

Dark Habits is awesome. It is also one of my favorites.

Only Almodovar could make a Tiger in a convent a useful tool for storytelling.
