Casting Blade Runner (2007)
I went to go see Blade Runner: The Final Cut on Friday and I haven't been able to get it out of my mind. It's everything we hoped it would be and more! It's almost as if I had never seen it before. If you live near a theatre showing it, I strongly recommend seeing it on the big screen! What struck me the most was that this movie not only had balls for 1982, it has balls for 2007! No one would go near this film today, not without a fight. But anyway, as I was thinking about how well the film holds up today, I started to think about who would be cast in Blade Runner if it were to be made today. This is what I came up with: Deckard: Clive Owen Rachael: Natalie Portman Roy Batty: Cillian Murphy Leon: Michael Clarke Duncan Zhora: Rachel Weisz Pris: Jessica Alba Tyrell: James Cromwell J.F.
