Caveman time
I come from a different age and a different era than most of you. My music is the music I grew up with; The Beatles, The Stones, The Who, Led Zeppelin, AC/DC, Bad Company, Grand Funk, Def Lepperd, Great White, Fleetwood Mac, Heart, etc,etc...
My music collection is quite immense and it is all on LP records! I only own 2 CD's! Back in the day, musicians could actually sing and play musical instruments! (imagine that!) ... there were no 'disc-spinning MC's'.
So I would like all of you younger people to check out a stunning performance of one of the greatest songs of all time... and check out the size of the crowd... these guys would sell out stadiums and arenas wherever they went! It is a little thing we used to call 'Rock and Roll'... check it out...

Good God I hate that song, I never really cared for Skinnard though. The best thing they ever did was board that plane. Not that I hate southern rock, I grew up on The Band and Little Feat. (yeah, I don't know what went wrong either) I even know a few tunes on geeeeeeeeeetar.
Anyway here you go........ for you're listening pleasure..........
BTW............ MC's don't spin discs, DJ's do that

What is there not to like about "Skynard"? I honestly think Zombie ended The Devil's Rejects (2005) so correctly, with that song you posted! But I like all music, wether its on an LP,C.D., or 8track.

That was actually the only thing I really didn't like about that movie, I just couldn't get into the whole 70's feel, freeze frame stuff.

Ladies and Gentlemen, I give you one of the best and most influential bands in the history of music. AC/DC is the middle finger flying in the face of conventional rock and roll. Angus Young on the guitar... here is AC/DC getting "Thunderstruck"...

Yes I Know all about Rock and Roll! Watched a great documentary done on the Clash the other night! Interesting little film calledRude Boy.
Talking about selling out stadiums and stuff. One particular part in this film was a show called "The Carnival Against The Nazis on April 30, 1978"
Talk about 50 to 100,000 people willing to Riot! Just look at this crowd.
