Double features
I've only been to one or two double features in my life, but they were both great experiences.
Even though Kill Bill Vol. 1 was preceded by Payback instead of the original Point Blank!
Even though the movies at the drive-in were S.W.A.T. and Bad Boys 2!
Some double features I'd pay to see anywhere:
1. Escape From New York, then Doomsday
2. Bucket of Blood, then The Abominable Dr. Phibes
3. The Black Scorpion, then The Mighty Peking Man
4. If You Live, Shoot! then Point Blank
5. Dog Soldiers, then Big Trouble in Little China

Back to the Future and Pleasantville
Grosse Point Blank and ....Aren't there any good horror films set during a High School Reunion? Isn't there any way we can get The Breakfast Club to be attacked by zombies, for cryin' out loud?
As for your list above, I'd change #2 to Theater of Blood followed by Doctor Phibes. And you left out Corman--Try The Raven and Tales of Terror. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yi4GRpOS7NU

Oh man! A high school reunion horror movie would be so frickin' cool! For the main character I'm imagining a nerd who was counting on being a late bloomer, but he's more of a never-bloomer...until the pressure of the blood-soaked reunion forces him to become the hero he never thought he could be!

Actually, there is. I haven't seen it yet, but it looks pretty stupid (in the good way). National Lampoon's Class Reunion.
In regard to double features, I hate the fact that I moved from the Los Angeles area right before the New Beverly Cinema started doing awesome double features (http://www.newbevcinema.com/calendar.cfm). If any of you leave near there, check it out. They also get guest directors to come by and plan their own mini-festivals.
The only double feature I've seen was one that I orchestrated in college which was Fight Club and Memento.
I wish I lived in an area with a drive-in. I've never been able to attend one and would definitely relish the experience if I got the chance.

Re:Double features
Thanks for the tip, Mercurial.
A few summers ago there were rumors of a series of illegal double features at a public park. News of it traveled by word of mouth--apparently some guy would bring a projector and screen up to a lookout and show movies in the dark. I can't tell you if it was true or not because when I finally went up there to see it for myself, nobody was there. Though several cars did pull near and then leave.
Mercurial, I drove an hour both ways to see that S.W.A.T. and Bad Boys 2 double feature. It was worth it!

Re:Double features
I spent a semester in Australia during college (2001-ish) and the college had a giant theater that they used for lectures during the day and for some movies at night. Every Wednesday they had double features. I know we went to a ton of them, but the greatest one of all-time (and the only one I remember) was Snatch and Shaft. They not only showed these movies, but they also put up posters all over campus without a hint of irony. I guess maybe the words don't have the same connotations in their language.

LOL!
As far as double features go... even though they're not really B Movies, I've always wanted to see An Inconvenient Truth followed by Waterworld.

lol ... ElCid your name should be "El Cad," you rake.
and Porcupine, I think your suggestion's amusing for a few reasons. one is that I like imagining someone trying to lead a serious discussion group after the double feature, and people would totally be unreachable, throwing food and quoting Dennis Hopper -- "If I ever see him again, I'm going to cut open his head and eat his brain."
I also consider Waterworld to be an overblown B movie, too. I can't believe it was the most expensive movie ever! I can imagine Roger Corman doing the whole thing on an altered cruise ship for only a few million.
besides that, I think the top 5 "Plot Keyword" entries at imdb will convince you this is a B movie in spirit:
1. Glass eye
2. Nudity
3. Drunkenness
4. Mouth To Mouth Air Exchange Underwater
5. Female Nudity

I don't think those are the "top 5" but rather just the most recently added five keywords. But taking a look at the full list also reveals such winners as
Urination Scene
Sea Monster
Mutant Human
Boat Chase
Kamikaze
Child Prostitution
Gyrocopter
Bare Butt
Epic
Smokers and Nonsmokers
Tattooed Map
National Geographic Magazine
