What are your favorite action films, ladies?
I loved Rocky, Rambo, Speed, XXX and the Bourne Ultimatum. None of those are chick flicks are they?

Not necessarily in any order: - The Hunt for Red October
- Die Hard (the very first one)
- The Road Warrior
- Payback
- True Romance
- The Fugitive
- Gladiator
- Proof of Life
- Breaking Away (if a bicycle race can be claimed as action)
- Robin Hood, Prince of Thieves
- The Last of the Mohicans
Am sure there are others, that's what comes to the top of my head at the moment. :-) Loved Rocky and Speed, too. I haven't yet seen any of the Bourne films or XXX. Thanks, btw, for inviting me to the group!

Action films are not necessarily my favorite type of movie, but I did like the following movies: The Rock Air Force One Speed Raiders of the Lost Ark and all of the subsequent ones Cliffhanger

Those are ALL great movies, I think I have just about every one of them in my collection. I also liked Predator, Predator vs. Alien (I know I'm weird), Aliens, True Lies, Mr. & Mrs. Smith...so many more.

You're not weird, Ms. June! You're just...misunderstood. Like me! Yay! Alien vs. Predator happens to be one of my new favorite movies...well, "new" in the broadest sense of the word since it came out in '04. Anyway, my favoritest action movie EVER is Terminator 2. I used to watch that movie again and again when I was younger and my dad was out of town. I had my pot roast TV dinner and my blankey on the couch and I was ready to go. Besides that, Edward Furlong was just dreamy...

Raiders of the Lost Ark is definately up there along with Rocky and Rambo. Romancing the Stone.... remember those? and Crocodile Dundee too....
