Ask the Doctor...

In an effort to get more people talking in here, I am launching a new discussion called  'Ask the Doctor' ...   Quite simply, this means that you can ask me anything you want...   If you want to know any details about your favorite 'vintage' horror movie I can probably give you an answer.   If you are having medical problems or problems with your sex life... well, I'm not really a doctor but more of an amateur gynocologist ...   I can still probably help!   I have lived a long time and I know a little bit about almost everything.   Need help to fix your vintage '68 Torino or '70 Challenger?   I can help...

In short, this is for you guys to feel free to ask me anything you want...   If I don't know the answer, I will do my best to find it for you...

So, for all of you 'priveleged' members of Horror Movies 101, there you have it.   You may now ask the Doctor anything you want and you will get a response...   be gentle with me...

I'm curious about statistics on your underwear size and your IQ.

Re:Ask the Doctor...

Dear good and wonderful Dr,

Do you think that it is appropriate to skip the 'preambles' ( as they may be ) and go directly to sex without 'petting'? without reaching 'second base'? or perhaps without the offer to watch 'the Exorcist' first?

and

is Sex, as Woody opines, always 'dirty' if you are doing it correctly???

thank you! your answers will help immensely for activities planned for this weekend.

not that all my questions will regard sex...

I have a carb. sych question for my 91 ZX7R...hestitation until I reach around 7500 rpm in 1st too.

puhn

I guess I asked for it...   Medium.   And before any other underwear questions come up in here, I will go ahead and answer another one that a certain young lady asked me awhile back...   Briefs. Black usually...

I don't put a lot of faith in those IQ tests but I have been unofficially tested at being between 150 and 160 ...   not bad for a 'caveman' who never made it past 9th grade...

   Mr. Puhnner,

In keeping with my word I am going to answer your question(s) as if they were serious ones...   It is NEVER ok to skip the 'preambles' (as you put it).   Not even with a prostitute!   Foreplay is absolutely one of the most important parts of ANY sexuall encounter.   Fondling and kissing and licking etc. can be carried on for quite some time before any actual penetration occurs and can only lead to heightened sensetivity and a better and longer climax for both you and your partner.   Also, this could extend your sexual encounter far beyond what I'm assuming is your normal 2-3 minutes...

And sex is NEVER 'dirty'...   whether you are doing it 'correctly' or not.   How old did you say you were?

As for your ZX7R...   I am assuming that is a Kawasaki motorcycle, yes?   I'm afraid I can't help you with that.   My mechanical expertise ends with pre 1980 American CARS.   However, I work in a rather large machine shop with several mechanics and bikers...   I will ask around and let you know what I find out...

I hope this has been of some help to you...

Re:Ask the Doctor...

Dear Dr_

Thank you so much for clearing that point up ( good christ, where were you 45 years ago???) I always wondered why my ex-wife never put down the book and continued to read during our...uh...brief 1 to 2 minute encounters. ( oh, and thank you too Ms. Divine for corroborating the information and advice ).  Onward to success and mutual bliss!!!

The next questions go to your forum;

Do you believe that there is an allegorical ( back story ) meaning  to

The Dracula or Vampire stories?

The Wolfman stories?

The Frankenstein stories?

The Zombie stories?

Possession? ( is this different than the 'Zombie' theme?)

For instance, I now do not have the book or remember the title, but the book took each of these broad categories and gave the symbolic meaning for each and if memory serves, the Vampire story spoke of/to Incest. (Please take your time with each of these, your thoughts will be extremely interesting to me )

Also are these horror themes found in most cultures around the globe? and if not, which others exist and where? How do you think these stories fit into our cultural mythology?

Do see any new horror themes arising? and if so what are they or what do you think they will be?

thank you in advance...good Dr_, I mean it.

Good God!   Did I just open up a Pandora's Box in here or what!

OK, Puhn.   Obviously I would have to write a freaking BOOK to answer that last question...    Thank you for giving me permision to take my time.

First off, I think 'allegory' and 'back story' are two different things.   'Allegory' is a form of story that uses animals or monsters, etc., to represent a different story, that may or may not be true, and is usually used to tell a 'moral' or a lesson of some kind...   'Back Story' is simply the story of whatever ideas or actions or thoughts or dreams are behind, or were the cause of, the story you are reading...   Please correct me if I'm wrong...

I must go eat now but I will be back later with more...

   (you asked for it, Puhnner...)

OK, Puhn, let's do this....   you asked me about ten questions all at once in that last post.  If you ask me those questions one at a time, I will answer them for you...    fair enough?

In the words of 'Bones' McCoy...    "I'm a DOCTOR, Damn It!   Not a Computer!" ...
