What's your favorite christmas movie?
Mine is definitely A Christmas Story. I watch it all the time, even when it's not christmas.

Re: Favorite Christmas Movie?
How the Grinch Stole Christmas is my very favorite Christmas movie. I love the Who's - especially Cindy Lou Who, the music is wonderfully Christmasy and I love that they have roast beast for Christmas dinner. I can watch How the Grinch Stole Christmas over and over, but I limit it to after Thanksgiving and before New Years to keep it special.
My runner up favorite Christmas movie is Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer.

Re: Favorite Christmas Movie?
I'm totally with PammyK on this one, but I would also add the Peanuts Christmas special, and would make that my most favoritest of the three. I can vouch because my whole tree is decorated with Peanuts Christmas ornaments :-)

Re: Favorite Christmas Movie?
i didn't see Scrooged (Bill Murray) on the lists. i didn't like it at first but it gets better with repeat viewings and now we have to watch it every Christmas season. The Ref (Denis Leary) is also a fun movie with a Christmas theme.

Re: Favorite Christmas Movie?
I have four.
1. To Grandma's House We Go (with Mary Kate and Ashley)
2. A mom for Christmas (the one when a mannequin comes alive for Christmas)
3. The Santa Clause
4. Jingle All the Way

Re: Favorite Christmas Movie?
Hands down: The Night They Saved Christmas. It came out just when I was questioning Santa's existence. I learned to have hope no matter what.
(I still believe in Santa.)

I'm with Wonga -- Scrooged is fantastic. Bill Murray is at his cynical best, and Carol Kane rocks as the Ghost of Christmas Present.

Re: Favorite Christmas Movie?
lol Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer is my favorite. I really enjoy watching it on tv while eating lots of pixie sticks. It just not the same experience w/o them.
btw: Just watched Scrooged last night.... it was on TNT or something.... : )
