Not ho ho no no's



I have to disagree with you that National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation is a ho ho no no, it is a Christmas classic and I think many would agree. I would also say that The Nightmare Before Christmas is a darker, different kind of Christmas movie...but maybe a modern Christmas classic. I definately wouldn't just throw it on the ho ho no no list - it is a good movie, its just not a happy sparkley Christmas movie. One more that I disagree with is Christmas with the Kranks, I haven't seen it, but I had medium high expectations for it - what makes it a ho ho no no?

I didn't put the movies on the list, but I can remove them if you feel they were misplaced.

And I haven't seen Christmas with the Kranks either, but I heard that it wasn't good. Is there anyone who has seen that can vouch for it?

National Lampoons is a Christmas classic! For my family, it is not Christmas until we've watched National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation and A Christmas Story.

Christmas With The Kranks was an alright movie. It was at least a little bit different than most Christmas movies. It wasn't one of the best, but it wasn't horrible either.
