Mushi-Shi

I bought the first DVD of Mushi-shi a few days ago, and finally got around to watching it today. I have to say that it was amazing. For one, it had Travis Willingham voiceing the main charcter, which is kind of the reason I bought it in the first place >_>;; (is a huuuge Travis fangirl). Also, I love the art style, and of course the story is fantstic. It's really mystic and mysterious, and to me it sort of has the feel of one of Miyazaki's movies. Not really the plot being the same or anything, just the feeling I get watching it like, wow, this is amazing. It kind of takes you into another world while watching it.

"They are neither plants nor animals. They differ from other forms of life such as the micro-organisms and the fungi. Instead they resemble the primeval body of life and are generally known as "Mushi". Their existence and appearance are unknown to many and only a limited number of humans are aware of them. Ginko is a "Mushi-shi" who travels around to investigate and find out more about the "Mushi". In the process, he also lends a helping hand to people who face problems with supernatural occurances which may be related to the "Mushi". " - ANN

So, has anyone else seen this, or want to? Discuss. No spoilers please though, I want to be able to enjoy this series to it's fullest. : )

Re: Mushi-Shi

Yeah I watched the first episode. I got that same Miyazaki feeling from it. I really enjoyed it, but unfortunately didn't continue to watch as my anime watching time was already at capacity. :0 Excellent animation though, and I really enjoyed the premise. I watched it with subs though... sorry. :)

Re:Mushi-Shi - Art Cards?

Okay, I have a question for any of you who have been buying the English DVDs of Mushi-shi.
Has each one come with the right art cards? With my first DVD I got the first art card, then with the second I got none, with the third I got the first and second art cards, and with the fourth DVD I got the third and fourth art cards. Each DVD claims to come with one card, and I assume that they are supposed to be released chronologically.
So I was just wondering if anyone else was having issues with the art cards, or if I just happened to pick up the messed up ones every time.
