Yeah I was just thinking that, while Customer Care is still a small job to tackle at the moment, it would be great to allow users to create threads within the main threads that Spoutgirl has created. This way people can ask specific questions using a new topic. Also at some point the number of threads will become sizable so making the topic/body of the threads searchable would also be a good idea. :)
