Eclipse

Was just checking out: Eclipse from Criterion. Holy crap. I know what I want for Christmas.

Also saw that Criterion is releasing La Jetee and San Soleil. Long over due.  

 And even Ivan's Childhood. Beautiful film.

 Can't wait to savor nice clean prints of these.

Next up is the Flamenco Trilogy from Carlos Saura:

I'm looking forward to it, but I'm hoping for another great Japanese director set like the Late Ozu one. Masters of Cinema have been releasing Naruse films like crazy and with the retrospectives of his work now coming to an end it's time for a US dvd release. I hope Criterion decides to release most of them under the Eclipse banner, even though As a Woman Ascends the Stairs was a Criterion production.
