I CAN NOT WAIT!!
I just learned about this movie yesterday. Danielson Famile, one of the strangest wonderful music groups has a documentary. AND, for all you West Michigan folks, they'll be here in Grand Rapids on August 1. God, please let me live until then.

Danielson + Fluevog=amazing shoes
I'm getting off topic, but when I think of Danielson, I think of these shoes. Anyone else love Fluevog?

I like the song "Did I step on your trumpet". His voice reminds me a little of 'squirrel nut zippers-meets-pink floyd'

Actually, I'm not thinking Calvin will host...but who knows. The venue is still TBA, according to KORK tour's site.

I LOVE DANIELSON! Ships blows my mind. And who knew "Christian" music could be ahem...artistic?!! And I will be seeing them next week in Chicago at Pitchfork's music festival! And will definitly be at the august 1 show. I'll bet it will be at the UICA because Calvin doesn't really host artisits outside of the school year. It's meant for the students. i don't know where else they could be playing. Maybe the intersection or the ladies literary club? Probably the UICA. Danielson reminds me of a more accessible, focused Animal Collective. Less wierd than Animal Collective. Anybody see the film the Devil and Daniel Johnston? It looks pretty cool.
