Some of the characters, well one character really got on my nerves. joanna. (i think i spelled that wrong.) she sounded just like snow white when she sang ang i hate that voice. but all and all i thought it was a really good movie. Depp and Carter were amazing and Rickman was a great "bad guy"..... although were there any "good" ones?http://www.spout.com/groups/HORROR_MOVIES_101/A_Musical_Horror_Movie/222/24397/1/ShowPost.aspxSun, 27 Jan 2008 08:42:59 GMTcdd0f780-13db-4d93-b0f4-ada579d02ae7:24397divinemsjunebug1<p>Has anyone seen <a href="http://www.spout.com/films/283662/default.aspx" title="Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street (2007)">Sweeney Todd</a> yet?&nbsp;&nbsp; This has actually been one of my favorite musicals since I was a teenager (I saw the Broadway Production on TV with Angela Lansbury as Mrs. Lovitt).&nbsp; I really thought it was great and a lot of fun.&nbsp; It was so bloody it was hilarious, we just couldn&#39;t stop laughing in all the slashing scenes.&nbsp; I also thought Johnny Depp did a great job singing and Helena Bonham Carter was REALLY good as the demented and tragic lovelorn Mrs. Lovitt (I think I&#39;m spelling that right).&nbsp; I just wanted to see if anyone else saw it and what you thought of it...</p>
