Making new friends has been tough for the shy young man, and don't ask him about how baseball try-outs went! To top things off, he's not doing so hot in his classes, either. He's wondering if he even belongs in college.</p> <p>His old friends remind him that he's a person of value. You're a good man, Charlie Brown.</p> <p>The movie ends at a Christmas concert put on by a rock/jazz combo called "Ludwig," led by Schroeder (Emile Hirsch) on piano, and Franklin (John Leged) on vocals."</p> <p><img src="http://www.rebirthman.de/peanuts/peanuts_franklin.gif" alt="" width="155" height="174" /><img src="http://www.soulbounce.com/soul/2007/12/12/john_legend_crop.jpg" alt="" width="202" height="159" /></p> <p>Ludwig tears through a <a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WcQJj7d18eA">smokin version of Soulful Christmas</a> that would do the Godfather proud. (At the end, Lucy leans over Schroeder's piano and steals a kiss.)
